As the nation celebrates the life of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we discuss the impact of Dr. Alovor's Real Talk conversations at Rosemont and the creation of "safe spaces" for honest and transparent discussions on such topics as faculty/student relationships and health equity, as well as how all change is expected to impact the College’s community at large.
