Biological age diagnostics are radically transforming how we see and tackle aging. As you age, your epigenome links to your DNA and gives it instructions. Every time this happens, it is called a “mark”. These marks don’t change the DNA sequence. Instead, they influence how cells read the DNA.

TruDIagnostics specializes in epigenetic testing and research. It uses key algorithms to explore the epigenome and create powerful individualized longevity reports. Hannah Went, the Director of Operations for TruDiagnostics, shares Sarah and Russ' epigenetic aging reports and aging algorithms to give them a detailed image of biological aging scores and updates them on some suggested treatment frameworks.

Hannah Went is epigenetics enthusiast and the Director of Operations at TruDiagnostic where she has helped implement large scale methylation testing for clinical practices and is coauthor of several upcoming studies about interventions to address biological aging. She is also the host of the Everything Epigenetics podcast. She is also the host of the Everything Epigenetics podcast
