One thing to grumble (murmur) means is to complain about something in a "bad-tempered way. It like a low rumbling sound (like thunder in the distance). We all have heard someone go on and on complaining and next thing you know they have worked themselves up into an angry fit or something close. Here the thing though, we all have a choice in every situation; one is to find away to rejoice and watch our mood and response get better or two- grumble and complain and watch things just get worse for us.

That scripture blessed me right out my socks because it let me know that it is MY ATTITUDE that I actually need to complain about. It’s MY attitude about the work I do. It’s my choice. I can ask The Holy Spirit to help me in that area but it’s MY CHOICE

I just realized that complaining is basically telling GOD you don’t approve HIS will. Even if HE did not PLAN it, HE ALLOWED it and HE allows can be used for good(HIS will)
