In this episode of PixlFeed Radio I have the pleasure to interview the CEO of ConvrtX, Adler is leading an incubator with a unique business model focused on supporting and building strategic growth plans for startup companies. It’d be a gross oversimplification to say that ConvrtX is in the business of creating applications. Rather, he’s helping to lay the blueprints for companies that have incredible potential to bring meaningful change to industries.

Adler’s mission goes beyond throwing money at startups – he aims to think more holistically about bringing projects to scale. ConvrtX’s team works to nurture startups from the ground up while helping them identify and pursue funding sources.

The incubator takes on a full 360-degree approach when building the foundation for an idea. ConvrtX’s leaders and the incubates understand that one must dissect an idea to its core in order to create the real proposition value that allows for a competitive edge.

The goal is to create software that transforms industry landscapes. ConvrtX believes that an aspiring entrepreneur may have a great idea. Without a solid business strategy, however, the chances for success are zero to none.

Adler and his team of 60 core employees work to create a sustainable business strategy followed by a targeted marketing and PR campaign. ConvrtX aims to draw attention to an app before it even launches. The company also aids with unique user acquisition points for applications and can help a startup get registered and trademarked.

Adler has brought a new approach to app incubations and redefined what it means to take an idea and help it grow on a global scale. And it seems to be catching on: ConvrtX currently receives more than 500 applications for different projects every month. The company’s advisory board now has more than 75 members that help narrow down the applicants. The committee selects a few potential ideas and entrepreneurs based on the potential to scale the vision.

The list of entrepreneurs with startups in development at ConvrtX come from all walks of life, and Adler himself works with outreach programs to mentor young students about entrepreneurship. Supporting and encouraging new ideas is at the heart of the company’s mission and Adler’s vision.

Still, in his early 20s, Adler has already redefined app incubation and changed the meaning of what it takes to birth an idea and grow it globally.
