On this episode of Video Games 2 the MAX, Sean Garmer and Marc Morrison discuss a tremendous amount of news that's occurred this week. Talk about some games they've been playing, and do some big award predictions too.

First, they run through Sony's final State of Play for 2019 and wonder if Resident Evil 3 Remake can be just as good as Resident Evil 2. Plus, Kingdom Hearts III DLC finally has a release date too.

Not to mention, Major League Baseball and Sony put MLB: The Show on other consoles. Sony finally admitting handhelds aren't their thing. Nintendo's final Direct of 2019. Legend of Zelda content hits Super Mario Maker 2. The future of physical media with Redbox gettting out of video games, and much more.

Sean also talks more about Pokemon Sword and takes a short diversion into Arise: A Simple Story. While Marc is enamored with The Touryst as he has a small calm before receiving a lot of games to play in the next week.
