A judge has recently ruled that state prosecutors are allowed to use certain texts and emails as evidence in the Courtney Clenney trial. This evidence was initially gathered as part of a broader investigation involving the OnlyFans model, her parents, and the laptop of her deceased boyfriend, Christian Obumseli.
Despite objections from the defense, the court has now admitted these communications into the murder case, where Clenney faces charges for the fatal stabbing of Obumseli in 2022.
