Can candy preserve history?   How does a praline link us to the past?  Terrence Jones has tasty answers.  Terrence has a passion for preserving and sharing his family’s Creole linage through recipes handed down over the last 200 years.

Creole people are found through out the world.  Here in the United States   Louisiana is the only place where Creole culture exists. An ethnicity born from the blending of French, Spanish, African, and Indigenous American people. A matriarchal culture defined by independence, cuisine, music, folklore, religion, and family values.  Louisiana Creole Pecan Candy embraces this heritage while inviting the world in to experience it.

Join Host Christine Clark and guest Terrence Jones making your mouth water with an edible transmission of culture.
