This year’s roster is home to several previous Best Picture winners including Oliver Stone’s PLATOON, starring Charlie Sheen and Tom Berenger; the Coen Brothers’ NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN, starring Tommy Lee Jones, Javier Bardem, and Josh Brolin; Steve Spielberg’s seven-time Oscar®-winning drama SCHINDLER’S LIST starring Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes; and Ben Kingsley in the eight-time Oscar®-winning biopic GANDHI. Other film-favorites include Martin Scorsese’s Best Documentary-winner WOODSTOCK; Clint Eastwood’s Best Picture nominee and winner for Best Sound Editing LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA; Brian De Palma’s star-studded gangster flick THE UNTOUCHABLES with Kevin Costner, Robert De Niro and Sean Connery, who won Best Supporting Actor for his performance; and many more tobe announced at a later time.
