Do you choose to join the crucifixion, or do you decide to join the resurrection? That is the question Jesus posed directly to us today and every day. Which one do you choose to join? And then the next question is, do you decide to stay in imprisonment, or do you prefer to ascend to your father? These two are the same question, and the answer is the same: choose to believe in the resurrection because the resurrection has been accomplished and completed in you. The resurrection was not accomplished out there 2000 years ago on the cross. The resurrection lives in me. If I choose to exercise it and live it, what excuse do I have if it is already living in me? Forgiveness is the only thing that has the power to overcome the world. That's what Jesus came to demonstrate. This is to rise above this world of conflict. This is to rise above the world of attack.
