Ruth Hoskins, Ph.D., H.H.S. (Holistic Health Sciences) LCSW, BCD, founder of the Psychology of Balance Wellness Programs and Effortless Meditation Therapy (EMT) in Philadelphia, is the Director of Relaxation International.
