Possibly our most entertaining episode with Roqui Theus, #RoqnVegas a collegiate basketball player turned broadcast journalist. Roqui, a Los Angeles native, daughter of an NBA star and UNLV great, takes us on a 90s sitcom and early 2000s reality show blast from the past during her child acting career. Starting on the court at University of California, Irvine with a full athletic scholarship, Roqui then started her journalism career in Reno. After Reno, she moved to San Francisco during Super Bowl 50. Currently, Roqui is a host/ reporter on KLAS’ “Las Vegas Now” where she describes her show and fellow co-hosts as “The Good Vibe Tribe” sharing and reporting insight and positivity within the community.
