Deborah N. Ruane'14 (MSEL) is a USD alumna, president and founder of Norwood Development Strategies LLC and founder and managing member of the Middlemarch Fund LLC. She has 30 years of experience in market rate and affordable housing finance, homelessness and real estate development. She also has experience in real estate development, financial markets (including asset and risk management, compliance and strategy). Additionally, she specializes in working with both private and public sectors and for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
