The Month of May is Founders Month, and Mr. Jim Eberhardt, President and Chief Operating Officer of Omron Management Center of America looks back on 31 years of service at Omron both Financially and particularly Socially via the many volunteering programs established, refined and expanded at the company.
After the increase in remote work after the Covid Pandemic Jim explains the successful adaptation of their volunteering programs to accommodate the shift and talks about the many wonderful policies the company has for employees looking to give back via the Omron Foundation with paid volunteering and matching contribution programs.
