In this episode “Time Doesnt Heal All Wounds” Kobe sharedher personal testimony on depression and suical thoughts and how she learned to accept Gods thoughts by pursuing therapy. She educates us in the importance of medical professionals and gave us biblical context on how negative core thoughts can be detrimental to our lives.
in this episode my hope is women of faith will feel unashamed and valued. That you feel left alone when listening to testimonies, and possibly take on a fresh perspective on new ways to battle mental health.
