ROMA (ITALPRESS) - "La Sicilia è una delle regioni a rischio desertificazione: la continuiamo a chiamare emergenza, ma la siccità è essenzialmente un problema strutturale che va affrontato con tutte le risorse a disposizione e con opere infrastrutturali".
