Holy itch!!! I just experienced another level of sleep paralysis and I wanted to share that experience about what I did, what I could’ve done, and what you can do if this happens to you. I wasn’t sure what to think about this whole experience and then I talked to my friend who is highly fascinated by astral projection and she helped me realize that my experience was an entry point of astral projection, i just needed to get up. It got me a little excited. First off as I go through this it already felt like as if I was in a training so I’m really excited that possibly I’m being trained for this and how cool is that?
