Hey there, surfers! Let's dive into the Southwest Oregon Surf Zone Forecast brought to you by the National Weather Service in Medford. Hang ten and get ready for some gnarly waves!

Today, we're looking at some solid 8-foot surf height along the Southwest Oregon coastal areas from Reedsport to Port Orford. No thunderstorms expected, so you can catch those waves worry-free. The water temperature is around 56 degrees, and the weather is looking partly cloudy with high temperatures ranging from 54 to 63 degrees. The wind will start off at 5 miles per hour from the Northwest and then pick up to 8 miles per hour.

For tides, in Charleston, we're seeing a high of 6.8 feet at 04:22 AM PDT, with lows and highs throughout the day. Port Orford will also experience similar tide changes.

Looking ahead to Thursday, the surf height will decrease to a still fun 5 feet, and there are no thunderstorms on the horizon. Expect partly cloudy skies with high temperatures from 55 to 65 degrees. The wind will be picking up from the Northwest, starting at 13 miles per hour and increasing to 20 miles per hour.

Looking into Thursday, the surf height remains at 5 feet, no thunderstorms expected, still partly cloudy with high temperatures ranging from 52 to 84 degrees. The wind will change direction coming in from the North at 24 miles per hour and ramping up to 28 miles per hour.
