It is even more. The mental health system is filled with radical ideology and many in the ranks feel like mass shooters are worth it to get rid of guns. On top of that the FBI is applying a device to citizens and it causes neural-diathesis stressor schizophrenia. You can look up ionizing radiation and its connection to this disease. So, the target has a stimuli applied that causes a schizophrenia spectrum of disorders and then the cops send him to a radical who wants him to be a shooter. I went through it all in 2013 so my words are first hand. I have spent 25,000 plus hours working on a solution. This is main on the head. Another stat that screams this same thing…. Look up serial killers by nation. We have 4% of the worlds population and 66% of the serial killers.
