Now, some residents are suing the company, which plans on pushing ahead with their warehouse expansions. The Golden State ranks at the top of the list for horse lovers galloping past Texas, Florida, Kentucky and New York. Sausalito is set to become the latest Bay Area city to face a lawsuit from housing advocates over its proposed housing plan.
