I reflected on my recent experiences during my run, following a route through Lambrick Park, Gordon Head, and the University of Victoria. Along the way, I noticed some ginkgo trees and, curious about the fruit, tasted a few—only to discover later that the seeds are toxic. This week has been hectic, with extra work shifts, but I’ve managed to stick to routines like preparing recycling and enjoying family meals. During the run, I recorded my thoughts for my podcast and used an app to share my content online. As I finished, I sat at the bus shelter, thinking about the journey and preparing for the day ahead.
