show moreThe reason is theĀ timing of his eschatology is skewed. His tie-ins to the curse of Gen 3, the second Exodus, the new covenant and entrance int the new land are all great principles. He sees the end of the Torah in the phrase "works of the law" to be the end of the Sabbath, food regulations, and circumcision etc as that which separated Jew and Gentile.
These have found their fulfillment in the law of faith.
He has taught that what fulfills the law is the new covenant people. These events find their full expression in Paul's writings in Romans and particularly Romans 5-8.
