Trusting your deep breathing. I learned to watch it while growing within my lessons of martial arts. I couldn't win a tournament if I didn't know how my opponent breathes. Being aware of what's around us is very important. Being aware of what's in us is just as important. Your mind must be given permission to locate space. You need to be present for your mind.
