“Property management companies are these blessed companies, like I said, the good ones at least, who do this for a living. If the property manager does their job correctly, they will take care of your property. This protects your assets and increases your return over time, and allows you to keep investing. It keeps you in the game so you don’t have to be changing toilets and doing all this stuff that you don’t wanna be doing. The property manager will also handle finding tenants and renting out the place for you when leases are up.” 99:46
