Mind, the potentiality of Pure Being, is beyond any dualism of Gender, therefore God, Mind, Pure Being or Enlightened Beings are also completely beyond Gender, nonetheless Mind’s endless spontaneous manifestations appear and manifest according to the Principle of Gender. In the Buddhist Tantric Tradition we find the Principle of Gender expressed in the male and female Deities which practitioners employ in order to purify and transform their limited experience of reality into the total vision of Enlightened Wisdom, Reality itself.
