show moreBecoming aware of your sub-cultured life. There’s the effect and the aftereffect. The physical act of belonging to without participating with the expected process designed to meet the demands of progress. Whoa! That was a lot to take in! The physical act of belonging to without participating with the expected process designed to meet the demands of progress. Being faith filled within the forest that live is a subculture. The way this collection of trees is 100% the opposite of societies perfectly pruned limbs and sculpted lawns. Both points of direction are beautiful. Let me put it a different way. One of your passions is listening to music. I’ve played music on the radio for 41 years. The subculture is how I believe you would probably be a greater radio talent because of your passion for sound whereas I’ve seen what actually takes place behind the curtain. The connection is music. The subculture is how it’s presented. I totally respect both sides! Here’s where it’s going to get heavy. The only reason why any of this came up in my daily writing was because of what is seen and not seen as being Christian. I study. I activate. I’m deeply involved with community. The sub-cultured life is that I don’t participate with the four walls of a church. I tithe by way of what my heart has been led to. It’s joyful to hit a website and share. But does that make me less of a Christian? I’m one of those people that falls under the label of being spiritual, universal and open to all beliefs and structures or lack of. Another words I don’t fit in. Which is why I love the moments I get while sitting in a forest. All of these trees, streams, lakes and wandering array of collected animals are alive and living. Through each of their personal experiences by way of wind, water, light and darkness, winter and summer their sub-cultured presence paints for the heart equal love. Equal respect. The point of this paragraph. Long before March 2020, each of us have walked several miles clinging to the spirit of what gives us presence in a modern world. Learning to respect another person’s subculture was either tolerated or not associated with. Since March 2020 our personalities and lifestyles have changed. Subculture is larger than life. Taking the time to listen is more important than forging unseen paths. Don’t be a Dr. Phil but rather a link to furthered growth of a generation that has to provide. Being a people watcher I’m truly interested in how our workplace cliques will evolve once decision makers reopen their businesses 75 to 90%. What will the new Teamwork attitude look like? Subcultures have been crafted. Will they be broken apart by the hands of the mighty check writer or can our steps into an unpredictable future equally love and equally respect? The answer to that question starts with you. Being a leader in your decision making. Allow your subculture be to present not dominate. We’re all moving through a storm and history needs us to locate and activate peace.
