Uk: У Карпатах, серед гір і лісів, була маленька хатина.
En: In the Carpathians, amidst the mountains and forests, there was a small cabin.

Uk: В цій хатині жила сім'я.
En: A family lived in this cabin.

Uk: Одного разу, діти: Олена, Микола і Тарас, знайшли стару скриню на горищі.
En: One day, the children—Olena, Mykola, and Taras—found an old chest in the attic.

Uk: "Яка цікава скриня!
En: "What an interesting chest!"

Uk: " — сказала Олена.
En: said Olena.

Uk: "Може, тут щось цінне?
En: "Maybe there's something valuable in it?"

Uk: " — додав Тарас.
En: added Taras.

Uk: Микола відкрив скриню і побачив старий папір.
En: Mykola opened the chest and saw an old piece of paper.

Uk: Це була карта, дуже стара й пожовкла.
En: It was a map, very old and yellowed.

Uk: "Це ж карта скарбів!
En: "It's a treasure map!"

Uk: " — вигукнув Микола.
En: exclaimed Mykola.

Uk: "Нам треба їх знайти!
En: "We have to find it!"

Uk: " — захоплено сказала Олена.
En: said Olena excitedly.

Uk: Наступного дня друзі вирушили у Карпати.
En: The next day, the friends set off into the Carpathians.

Uk: Вони йшли лісом, долали гори і річки.
En: They walked through the forest, climbed mountains, and crossed rivers.

Uk: Карта вела їх через темні ліси і старі стежки.
En: The map led them through dark forests and old paths.

Uk: "Дивіться, тут печера!
En: "Look, there's a cave here!"

Uk: " — сказав Тарас.
En: said Taras.

Uk: Вони увійшли у печеру.
En: They entered the cave.

Uk: Там був маленький вхід, схований під каменем.
En: There was a small entrance hidden under a rock.

Uk: Друзі відкинули камінь і побачили скарбницю.
En: The friends moved the rock aside and saw a treasure chest.

Uk: "Ми знайшли її!
En: "We found it!"

Uk: " — радісно сказала Олена.
En: said Olena joyfully.

Uk: У скарбниці були золоті монети, дорогоцінні камені і старовинні прикраси.
En: The chest contained gold coins, precious stones, and ancient jewelry.

Uk: Вони взяли частину скарбу і повернулися додому.
En: They took part of the treasure and returned home.

Uk: Село їх вітало з радістю.
En: The village greeted them with joy.

Uk: "Ми поділимось з усіма," — сказав Тарас.
En: "We'll share it with everyone," said Taras.

Uk: І друзі стали героями свого села.
En: And the friends became heroes of their village.

Uk: Вони допомогли побудувати нову школу, нову церкву і зробили багато добрих справ.
En: They helped build a new school, a new church, and did many good deeds.

Uk: Так кожен у їхньому селі мав частку скарбу.
En: Thus, everyone in their village had a share of the treasure.

Uk: Тож, карта привела друзів не тільки до багатства, а й до справжнього щастя.
