2nd Segment: Us Californians against US

This week, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, along with the Trump Administration, filed a lawsuit against the State of California for its immigration laws which hold “sanctuary state” status.

This lawsuit is a continuing battle that the Trump admin has been having with the State of California over the controversial set of laws. The justice dept. says The State of California is violating the constitution and the State of CA is citing the 10th amendment in its defense.

Tonight we discuss whether it is okay or not okay for CA to be doing this and should we be? We also discuss the history of the 10th amendment and also the history of State’s ignoring federal laws and regulations.

In this segment we will also discuss a little news of the week concerning Russia and Sam Huber
