You're 6 foot 3 and working as an IT guy and because of that, you are not moving much at all. Your wife asks you to join her in her running room clinic and you do, from then on everything changes. That's the situation Donald Rail found himself in and with his wife's help, Mariella, he took up the challenge and got more into running. After several marathon clinics and runs and races, Donald wanted to ease off the running and start biking. Of course, Donald couldn't leave it there, he had to start swimming as well. With the help of his wife and his coach, Donald has become highly motivated. Now they are even thinking about Triathlons and for this year a 100-mile bike ride. The journey keeps on going and so do these two.
