On today’s podcast episode I talk about our roadtrip through Utah last week, and getting snowed in during the big Denver storm this weekend. For me this brought up a bit of confrontation of my control issues and how I deal with set expectations.
Later I get into the big topic for today's episode which is expanded thoughts on a blog I published a few weeks ago on tools that really helped me with panic attacks. I wanted to discuss this because I've had so many friends recently bringing up that they've been having a lot of anxiety and panic themselves, and I thought it would be a great reminder for anyone out there dealing with this that you're not alone- and that while there's no quick magical solution there are things out there that might work for you that you hadn't known were possible to help you find your way back to you.
