Crazy bids, get your crazy bids! Jim continues his hot streak. Jim, aka #1 Texas Longhorn fan, discovered a bid for GPS tracking of student-athletes. As fate would have it, the bid was published by the University of Oklahoma, aka the Longhorn's #1 rival. Ok, the bid isn't for "that" kind of tracking, but interesting nonetheless and Jim gives the analysis a burnt orange colored perspective.
