This is Grief in the Raw, A podcast with me, Kelli Holloway. Here we explore the depths of grief and how to be in right relationship with the pain we all fear the most. Grief in the Raw, much like Sugar In The Raw, is never bleached or broken down during processing, so it retains its natural molasses, rich flavor and melanated color. Much like the sugar cane, these sacred conversations can be stirred into your morning workout, sprinkled on your afternoon commute or baked and cooked into conversations you'll have with your own families on how to unpack grief through intentional sips to alleviate personal pain. With each episode I'll share grief practices that both triumphed and failed. I will be joined by very special guests and I hope our public discussion will help you make informed choices to create or fine tune your own grief practices. Grief is bitter, but purposeful conversation, in small packets can make it more palatable, digestible even. It's the strong cup we were never meant to drink alone. So let's sip together.
