United World Wrestling president Nenad Lalovic hosted a wrap-up press conference on September 14 at 17:00 in room 202 in the Sports Complex building adjacent to the arena. Lalovic talked about the championships and was available to the media for questions. He had several guests with him at the press conference, including Russian wrestling great, Alexander Karelin, and Uzbekistan Bureau member and newly named Vice President of United World Wrestling, Akhroldjan Ruziev and FILA Vice President Mikhail Mamiashvili of Russia.

Also in attendance was Rich Bender, the executive director of USA Wrestling, speaking about the 2015 Wrestling World Championships in Las Vegas in the United States next year.
