Utah Senator Mike Lee endorses Ted Cruz for president and at the same time encouraging Marco Rubio to drop out of the race.

California could be the second state in the nation, behind Hawaii, to raise the legal age for smoking from 18 to 21. The bill, which includes e-cigarettes, just needs the governor’s signature.
