The hit podcast show "Uncovering The Underground " returns after an extended hiatus with Season 2. Join host ICKUM aka Frater Crow as he interviews and hangs out with an amazing lineup of guests for this seasons show.

Episode one we kick in with the incredibly intelligent, unique and talented Jeremy Lee Pauley. Oddities collector, dealer, restorator, and world leading specialist in anthropodermic bibliopegy (Binding books in human skin)..

I will let him tell you more about himself in his own words.
Hello everyone! I’m Jeremy Lee Pauley, executive director and curator of The Memento Mori Museum. I often have specimens of the human variety for sale as well as examples of anthropodermic bibliopegy, (which is the art of binding books in human skin,) as I’m the worlds first artist to consecutively do so, and I also produce human tallow candles, perform wet specimen restoration, and am currently working on mastering plastination. Since I commonly get asked about where I source my items, I figured this may help. The majority are from museums deaccessioning items and exhibits, university teaching collections that have sat in storage and are going to be destroyed, professor and doctor estates and things of that nature. It has taken years of networking to cultivate these relationships, and as I run my own educational non profit, many times this makes it easier to acquire some amazing things, those of which are never for sale. With such responsibilities, my doing business comes under great scrutiny, so I can assure you, everything I deal in is on the up and up. I’m sorry I’m not going to give direct sources or answer questions about how to source similar items, as that is a horrible business model in any industry. I will however always make time to educate, and answer questions about specimens themselves, offer guidance whenever it’s not trade secrets I’ve spent years perfecting, and generally help other collectors and enthusiasts anyway I can.
