I have handled complex Special Investigative Unit insurance claims from inception to trial, as well as pre-suit settlements when warranted. I have conducted Legal research on a variety of cases.
I have extensive experience interpreting, reviewing, and drafting contracts, drafting memoranda of law and motions to be submitted to the court. I have experience creating business entities from inception. I have also reviewed the business's internal structures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, with an extra focus on the health care industry.
