Jeanie Baker was born a free spirit and for a long time forgot that. She lived an uninspired life that felt like it was not her own. Traumatic experiences with sexual abuse, grief, limiting beliefs and self-judgment affected the way she perceived her worthiness in the world. She was stagnant and stuck in that life, until one day during a yoga class in 2002, she felt an explosion in her heart that scared her - in the best way possible. ​

She felt so empowered, and without even a clue to what she was doing, she started a journey of rediscovering herself and reconnecting with her soul. For over 20 years, she’s been committed to living intentionally and practicing daily embodiment. She believes life is this beautiful spiral of feeling, healing, changing perspective, forgiveness, and transformation.

Jeanie supports and empowers others to heal emotional imprints and transform them into empowerment to live a life that is AUTHENTIC and UNIQUE to them. This is her muthaa fuckin JAM - and she’s here to support you as you invite a dance with your human and spirit and expand your self-expression into alignment with your highest vibration. Jeanie lived in Costa Rica for 7 years and recently moved to St. Petersburg, Florida after asking to be spiritually guided to her physical place in the US of A.
