Tom is also a co-founder of the award-winning Texas Hill Country Podcast Network, which focuses on a rural area of Texas. Tom has won 33 awards for podcast hosting and producing podcasts. He is also an award-winning blogger, having posted the FCPA Compliance and Ethics Report daily since 2010.

Tom is also a best-selling author, having written 30 books in the areas of compliance, business ethics and leadership. He is the author of the seminal compliance work, The Compliance Handbook, now in its 4th edition.
