Episode 71: With new faces in new places, the Flyers end the Iron Man Streak!

Relax the keyboard is off, the press box is closed, and the mic’s is just getting warmed up. So, join Steel and I as we sit down to talk about some pressing Flyers News.

First up on the show we talk about some new faces to hit the Flyers roster from the ranks of the NCAA. As teams continue to get bounced from the Playoffs now that we are down to the final two teams there has been a few Flyers prospects signed and placed into the lineup.

With that being said, in order to make room for them on the roster they have had to sit a few players. One of those players there was some controversy over. That player being defense-man Keith Yandle who was trying to add to his Iron man record streak. I’m here to tell you why no one should blame the team though.

Lastly, we touch on just how bad this team has been in a shootout since it’s been introduced some 17 years ago now. Where I throw out some pretty interesting numbers at you.
