Jumping into Thursday, June 20th, the women's 3-meter preliminary kicked off the day, followed by the semifinals that evening. Sarah Bacon led the charge with a consistent performance, topping the scoreboard and positioning herself as a strong contender for Paris, along with Alison Gibson and Sophie Verzyl. We'll skip ahead to Saturday night for the women’s 3-meter springboard finals, where not surprisingly, Sarah Bacon and Alison Gibson secured their Olympic spots. The competition was intense, with just a few points separating the top three divers, making for a dramatic and thrilling finish.

Then, moving back to Friday, the women’s 10-meter platform preliminaries and semifinals took place, with Delaney Schnell leading the pack. Schnell, a silver medalist from Tokyo, showed strong form as she prepared for the Sunday finals. On Sunday, the women’s 10-meter springboard finals saw Delaney Schnell solidify her lead, placing first by a significant margin over Daryn Wright, with Sophia McAfee finishing third.
