Today's guest is Sande Hart who is a Writer and Author of the book, The Liminal Odyssey, The Alchemical Power of the Spaces In-Between." Sande discussed her book on a previous show on January 31st, 2023. Sande Hart is an award-winning leader in the fields of women 's empowerment and interfaith community building.

Sande founded the women's international grassroots organization The Spiritual and Religious Alliance of HOPE, also known as "SARAH ". Sande discusses why she started SARAH after 9/11, how important it is for women to support and learn from each other, and what SARAH has to offer women! Also, SARAH offers different seminars and workshops, and panel discussions. Join in and make a difference!

Sande also discussed how we should honor our differences and learn from each other, to be observant of how we talk to ourselves and others. Sande gave an example of how we use the word 'just' in a sentence which diminishes our value. Betsy and Sande also discussed following your gut instincts and using your voice!
