dtp: "Blood Bothers is a spoken word piece and an anti knife crime plea. It does not condemn young people involved in knife crime, nor does it excuse them. This piece is intended to pull back the layers and identify the core of the issue because nobody wants to be involved in that lifestyle; but circumstance can often dictate your actions and you cannot separate the body from its environment.
There are a lot of voices in Britain doing a lot of talking which is problem based and judgment heavy, as opposed to a holistic view of the youth knife crime epidemic. This is my perspective.
I want it to birth thoughts and conversation so watch and share please."
