We say we use youth sports to develop work ethic and life lessons. Youth sports is increasingly becoming more about a trophy than ethics and values that develop the opportunity for victory. There is one thing in this world you cannot guarantee and that is a win. Opportunity for victory is develop through work ethic and the lessons we take from that work as we grow as an athlete and as a person. When the game is done and the lights are off, how do we continue to grow as a person in the game of life?
