❓Where’re my keys? Have you seen my wallet? Did you call the vet? Oh, I was to call. Are we supposed to go somewhere tonight? Dinner with your Mom? I thought that was next week. When’s the rent due? What day’s today?
🧠Most of us need to increase our attention span. With information overload and easy access to our thoughts, it’s no wonder we can be distracted. We forget. We get distracted. However, this does not happen to the champion.

✅ Water Intake. For every ounce of body water lost, it equals to 1% of focus lost. To function at high levels and long periods, the brain needs to be regularly hydrated.
✅ Focus in intervals. Turn off your cell phone for 10 minutes. Lock in on one subject and one task. After 10 minutes rest your brain for 90- seconds. Check your cell phone, if necessary. Then attack the task at hand for another 10-minute interval.
