In this week of Valentine's Day everyone is focusing on romantic love. However some of the greatest loves in your life will be friends, family and those who are there through everything or help get you through the dark days even if they are not a current part of your daily life.

Love can get twisted into a narrow thing  just like the famous statue in Piccadilly Circus London, which is not of Eros (he of romantic love but instead his brother Anteros who is all about love for all. Erected in 1892/3, sculpted by Alfred Gilbert, it was made to commemorate the philanthropic works of the 7th Earl of Shaftebury including his wonderful victory of replacing child labour for school education.
