show moreDr. Su’s research is supported by four large national grants that examine Brazil and Colombia’s response to Venezuelan LGBTQI+ asylum seekers, the impact of COVID-19 on those asylum seekers, and the impact of COVID-19 on disaster-affected households in the Philippines. Her exceptional work in education seeks to leverage technology to help students better experience, better feel and reflect, on the difficult situations and circumstances felt during the complex process of migration.
