Ciara Conlon is a highly experienced coach and consultant working in the area of leadership and team development, she has particular expertise in the areas of Conscious Leadership, Innovation, Productivity and Performance.

Ciara is a professional speaker, coach, facilitator and author. She has spoken for and delivered training and coaching interventions for organisations such as Deloitte, KPMG, Smurfit Business School, KBC Bank and many more. She has experience of working with all levels from trainees to CEOS. Ciara is particularly passionate about promoting Conscious leadership and fostering innovative and inclusive cultures.

Ciara has written three books, Chaos to Control, Productivity for Dummies and Rise Before Your Bull and other habits of successful people. She has also written an audio course for Audible called Get Organised.

She has written extensively for the web and print publications and also contributes regularly to radio and podcasts.

She has a BA Economics and Politics, A Master’s degree in Business (Leadership, Management and Strategy and Innovation) Diplomas in Coaching and Organisational Psychology.. She is an Evernote Certified Consultant and a certified Meditation and Mindfulness teacher.
