As someone who’s definitely went through trials and tribulations, I wanted to use my experiences and my voice, to help others. To connect with whoever, to show you’re NOT alone although situations through out life can make you feel like the only person in the room.

8 APR 2020 · This episode focuses a lot on an abusive partner I had and how when they say you never think it will happen to you, is a true statement. You always think that when you’re not in that situation you know EXACTLY how you would act in that situation. Truth is, you never really know until you ARE in that situation. So many different emotions running through your mind & body that it’s hard to know what’s the right way to approach the situation. It is hard to leave even when you know you should because I believe fear plays a huge factor into that. I know first hand how fear will overpower your strength in an abusive relationship. Notice the red flags, and leave. It’s okay to love yourself enough to walk away and not look back!
Thank you for listening, I hope this helps SOMEONE out there who’s in this situation now and feels like no one understands or cares. You’re not ALONE ! Talk to someone.
