Building an eXp organization is a skill set.Here’s the good news….There are only 3 most important qualities you can have when you’re starting your recruitment journey: coachable, willing and hungry.

After you start the conversation, how do you keep it going?
How to keep conversations going:
- Ask specific questions about things that have happened in their world
- Be the broker they don’t have (give them resources, training…etc..)
- Invite them to events/trainings - afterwards ask them what they liked best, what was their takeaways, what they want to implement and then become their accountability partner to to help them get it done
Then pivot back to business and an invitation to learn more. We’ll cover the pivot and invitation in more depth next week.

At this stage you want to lead the conversation by showing that you understand what matters to them. This will help keep the conversation going.Next, you want to invite them to learn more about the platform. Keep it light and not a hard sell. Remember, you're not asking them to join eXp yet, just to learn more about it. You can do this with a direct or indirect invitation.In the next session, we’ll cover the Education and Understanding Phase.
