2 AUG 2020 · Authors Marketing Guild Annual Stock Holders Meeting
Â
On August 2, 2020, we held the first annual Stock Holders Meeting and Board Meeting for AMG. We discussed a variety of programs and issues that we see as a challenge for 2021, they are highlighted below. Discussion of Authors Marketing Guild, DEAR Texas/DEAR Indie, Texas Authors Institute of History, and our online bookstore IndieLector.Store was included in this meeting due to the heavy overlay between organizations.
Â
Items Discussed (no particular order):
Loss of Revenue for all organizations and what assistance if any we received from the SBA programs.
Cancellation of physical book festivals for the remainder of the year and 2021
Membership figures and participation
