18 MAY 2021 · In this next episode, we wanted to have a conversation about how to manage work-life stress which is something that a lot of adults struggle with.
To navigate this conversation, we spoke to two awesome women Dr. Jenny Fagel and Dr. Kathleen Wang, two physicians and life coaches, and the founders of the life coaching program, The Grown Up Asian.
Jenny and Kathleen have first-hand experience with managing work-life stress in the healthcare field, in the time of Covid as they both worked as physicians during the pandemic. They also have coached numerous women who work in various fields in finding ways to better manage their work-life stress.
The Grown Up Asian is a life coaching program for Asian American professional women, who might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or lost in their personal and professional lives.
